Your pricing questions answered
No. You can cancel anytime. On the monthly plan no additional period is charged. On the annual plan, unused time is not refunded unless cancelled within the first 30 days.
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade from your dashboard at any time. Changes take effect immediately and amounts are prorated.
Pro and Pro AI have an annual rate equal to 10 monthly payments: two months free. For example, Pro goes from €39/month to €390/year. Starter is billed month by month only.
Each plan covers a tier that adds up members, beneficiaries and partners: Starter up to 99, Pro up to 299 and Pro AI up to 599. If you outgrow your tier, you upgrade from your dashboard and the amount is prorated. From 600, custom pricing.
No, add-ons are optional modules billed separately. You can activate and deactivate them from your dashboard.
